About the league
The City of Long Beach's adult recreational baseball league is a Sunday hardball league operated by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine and administered through the TeamSideline platform. Games are held at high school fields and select parks across Long Beach, and teams are grouped into divisions based on experience. Players must be at least 18.
Rosters carry roughly 9–18 players, and the schedule includes about 10 regular-season games plus playoffs for qualifying teams. The published team fee is $480, with a $100 umpire fee per team, per game. Managers register teams online, and individuals can sign up as free agents.
