CageList helps Little Leagues safely open unused cage time to approved families and community players — with online booking, payments, access control, and full schedule control.
Many leagues own a batting cage that sits idle for much of the week — a real piece of infrastructure quietly going unused while families nearby are looking for more places to train.
That unused time is an opportunity. Opening your cage in a controlled way means more reps for players, more access for your community, and a stronger league — all while keeping every booking on your terms.
Three steps to put your cage to work — without giving up control.
Set your location, rules, pricing, availability, and who is allowed to book. Your league stays in control of every detail.
Block practices, games, tournaments, and maintenance windows. Limit bookings to league families or approved users, or open them wider when you're ready.
Approved families book online, CageList handles the booking and payment flow, and your league receives the revenue.
Turn idle cage time into extra hitting reps for the players in your community.
Put existing infrastructure to work to help fund the things your league already cares about.
Your league decides exactly when the cage is open and when it's reserved for league activity.
Online booking and payments mean minimal ongoing management compared to manual rentals.
Every booking is recorded, so you have a clear log of who used the cage and when.
CageList is designed specifically around cages and the leagues that run them.
Trust and control come first. Here's how we think about the questions boards ask.
CageList does not provide insurance or replace your existing coverage. Leagues should confirm their policy with their insurance provider before going live. What CageList does give you is digital booking records, clear posted rules, and controlled access so you always know who is booked and when.
Bookings define exactly who is approved to use the cage and during which windows — no one should access it outside an approved booking. CageList can be paired with smart-lock access for door entry if your facility uses one.
Your league controls all available days and times. Block recurring practices, games, tournaments, camps, and maintenance so league activity always comes first.
Online booking and payments mean minimal ongoing management — far lighter than coordinating manual rentals or one-off fundraisers, while keeping decisions in your league's hands.
Your league sets the rules: age requirements, equipment, supervision, footwear, cleanup, and any use restrictions you want enforced.
Every league is different. A cage booked a few times per week can create meaningful supplemental revenue for baseballs, field maintenance, scholarships, uniforms, equipment, or facility upgrades.
Actual results depend on your pricing, availability, and local demand. Any examples discussed on a setup call are illustrative only.

Open to league families first, or to the wider community when you're ready.
Yes. You can limit bookings to league families or approved users, and open access more widely later only if and when your board decides to.
Yes. You control the calendar and can block recurring practices, games, tournaments, camps, and maintenance windows so league activity always takes priority.
Your league does. You set the hourly rate and any booking rules, and you can adjust them over time.
Families pay online when they book. CageList handles the booking and payment flow, and your league receives payouts for the revenue generated.
Yes. You can pause bookings or remove your listing at any time — for the offseason, maintenance, or any other reason.
We recommend it. Every league's situation is different, so you should confirm how opening your cage to approved bookings fits your existing policy before going live.
No. CageList does not provide insurance and does not replace your league's existing coverage. We provide booking, payments, scheduling control, and digital records.
We are actively onboarding early league partners and building this with organizations that care about player development, facility access, and sustainable league operations.
We'll review your facility, answer board questions, and help you decide whether CageList is a fit for your league.
