Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how CageList LLC ("CageList," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit cagelist.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies — such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage — serve related purposes and are covered by this policy.

2. Cookies We Use

CageList uses the following categories of cookies: (a) Strictly Necessary — required for core platform functions such as authentication, session management, booking flows, and payment processing. These cannot be disabled. (b) Analytics — we use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how users navigate the platform, which pages perform well, and where users encounter friction. These cookies collect anonymized, aggregated data. (c) Performance — we use Sentry for error tracking, which may set cookies to help correlate error reports with sessions. Sentry may process technical data such as your IP address, browser details, and the actions leading up to an error; we configure it to limit the personal data collected and do not use it for advertising. (d) Preference — cookies that remember your settings, such as display preferences and previously entered form values.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on CageList are set by third-party services we rely on: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication infrastructure), PostHog (product analytics), Google Analytics (web analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they use data collected through their cookies. We do not control third-party cookies.

4. We Do Not Use Advertising Cookies

CageList does not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or behavioral tracking across other websites. We do not sell or share cookie data with ad networks or data brokers.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to: refuse all cookies; accept only certain cookies; receive a notification when a cookie is set. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the CageList platform from functioning correctly — you will not be able to log in or complete bookings. Browser-specific instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help documentation. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Do Not Track

CageList does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no consistent industry standard for how these signals should be interpreted. We will update this section if that changes.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Contact Us
